Citation Shares Customer Service Web App
Member of core team conceptualizing process and workflow improvements through a radical revision of software UX and interaction model. Goal was to design a scalable Customer Service web app that fundamentally simplified workflow process resulting in reduced CS training time, increased retention and higher revenues.
- Member of core team (producer, writer, interaction designers)
- Participated in "blue sky" whiteboard exercises to define product concept
- Wrote core scenarios to synthesize early ideas into coherent narrative for product pitch
- Collaborated with interaction designer to create UX wireframes for product pitch
- Once pitch was won, member of 3 person team to sketch out user stories
- Designed first round of user flows to align with user stories
- Collaborated with overseas IA consultant to further develop core IA structure
