IA for substantial redesign of national eye care insurance website. Goal was to provide a flexible, scalable architecture for future growth and reduce dependencies on customer services through by incorporating UX best practices in navigation and content realignment.

- Identified and designed wireframes of 10 key page templates as final deliverable
